      This is why I don’t buy cheap holsters. I’m big on “the holster is just as important as the firearm” thing. Just imagine the crap storm we’d be going through if this kid accidentally killed a sibling or a stranger. Thank God nobody was hurt.

      If it were me, and money didn’t matter, I’d choose a 1911 any day of the week. You can not beat that trigger pull, metal on metal feel when racking the slide, customization, accuracy, and beauty.

      Can anyone recommend a site or member who makes quality 1911 wooden grips? It’s for a Kimber Ultra Carry II, which has made me realize officer size grips aren’t that easy to find. I’m not opposed to G10 if they look better than the Amazon ones I keep stumbling upon.
