I think what they mean is, if a leo asked to see your ltch your breaking the law until you show it to them. If you can't show your ltch your breaking the law, if you can your obeying the law- majew

Ideally I would own property I could shoot on but that's not going to happen for a while. I've lived in major cities my whole life (Indianapolis, Chicago) so I have no friends in a more rural area.- majew
