Winchester SXP 20 ga Turkey gun, Carlson's TSS .565 choke. Pic rail for optics
RED DOT IS NOT INCLUDED
Purchased last year. Killed a turkey in April at 30 yds.
Shot very little. Grouped well with Apex TSS #9. Would not hesitate to shoot a turkey at 50 yds with this shotgun.
$300.

I know there is a muzzleloader thread but it doesn't really get a lot of traction. Feel free to move if necessary.
My question, I'm looking at purchasing a side lock percussion cap muzzleloader for "primitive muzzleloader" hunts. Currently, my only muzzleloader is a TC Encore that I've had for...

I saw those last night while I was looking around. Those appear to be factory correct from some of the other threads I had read. I sent them a message to see if they would fit. I don't see why they wouldn't.
Anyone know anything about the Savage Anschutz 184 Sporter?
I picked one up recently and there isn't a lot on the interwebs about them.
Nice, handy sized rifle that I'm guessing is going to be an awesome squirrel gun for me.

$419 plus a $100 cash rebate from Kel-Tec. Seems like a bargain to me.
I killed one with a 20ga TSS this spring. I won't go back.

The bird I shot threw his...

It looks like barf in a jar, honestly. I canned up some deer a couple years ago to try it out and it was honestly the most tender deer I've ever eaten. Use a pressure canner and follow the directions, super easy.
I raw packed mine and added some Montreal Steak seasoning and it was awesome.
I've got a Sightmark Photon in the classifieds now for sale, like new comes with the box and all paperwork. It will do you a fine job with a nice light out to about 300 with no issues. I killed several coyotes with it.
