Sweet! I'm a 7 year associate at the DC in Gas City.. I'll have to keep my eyes open at the store here, they give us our 10% discount on guns and ammo too :)
Excellent advice. It never fails, If you don't walk the show and find the best deal on what your looking for, you will find it cheaper. My brother taught me to do this. It is a little hard sometimes to remember exactly where I saw it the cheapest though lol.
I always get my Wolf 7.62X39 in the far right building, I think last I paid might have been $235/1K out the door. I think that building has the most bulk ammo, but I didn't go to the last show.
Is the best time to go on Friday when it opens, or a little later? I usually go on Saturdays, but thinking about trying Friday this time for a hopefully lighter crowd. And it isn't this coming weekend, but the 16-18th correct?
Do you ever sell firearms on there? I've been thinking about posting a rifle on there, just never shipped a firearm so not sure what is involved. And OP, I usually troll GB every night. the few experiences I've had have been good.
When I stopped in there I wasn't impressed with the selection at all. They are pretty new though I guess.. Might stop in again at some point in the future.
Yes I did depress the release on the gas adjustment knob when removing it. It was hard to turn all the way out until the last turns. It was weird threading back in too, required the tool for most of it. And the dust cover requires a few good palm smacks to come loose. My other AK platforms pop...
I picked up my first Saiga today. It is a Saiga-12, and I have a few questions. It is used but everything is very clean on it. I stripped it down, and noticed a few things. First, the receiver cover was stuck on, I had to use a screwdriver to pry up on it while depressing the release button...
Bump. And RabbleRouser, I answered your question two posts up, two days ago. I can only post a reply to this thread every 24 hours, anything else is considered an unnecessary bump to my understanding. So I edited one post up from yours to answer your question.
Bump.. Decided to lower the price for INGO.
* For anybody that may be curious, the bore looks great. I believe it is chrome lined and shines bright. And the few rust speckles on the bolt carrier are hardly noticeable. I tried to capture it in the picture, but its hard to see. Not even really...
**SOLD**.. $400 for everything.. Norinco SKS Sporter (M) for sale. It is the model that accepts AK-47 mags, and is shorter like the Paratrooper model. It's in very nice condition, does have a few marks on the stock, and a few VERY light speckles of what looks like rust on top of the bolt carrier...
^This.. My WASR functions like a champ. Or keep an eye on classifieds and try to find a good deal. I picked up a Mak-90 about 3-4 months ago for $550 and it is worth every penny IMO.
Thanks for the replies. I'm looking forward to hopefully getting some time to shoot it tomorrow. I picked it up for $169, I felt that was a pretty good deal after reading a little bit online about them. Read good things about the FEG's and saw some people saying they have been wanting to come...
