      So it wouldn't matter if they have LTCH issued from Indiana? I guess my thought would be to ask for a driver's license and LTCH just to be safe...but again, I don't want to run afoul of any Indiana laws that deal with this issue.

      Again, the question I have is; what did this Marine veteran do to warrant being arrested? I have been to a number of tea party rallies and not once were the hecklers even bothered by the police...and the tea party folks simply ignored the hecklers. Why the double standard?
