If you are looking for brass for an expensive brass type, example 7.62X54R expensive brass to buy or 22-250, I would suggest buying factory loads that are boxer primed - single flash hole and reclaim your brass. I like the idea of two single stage presses so I can measure case lengths after expander die, with turret or progressive once the piece of brass is on the merry go round it doesn't come off until it is loaded and crimped. Buy only carbide die sets for pistol, most rifle dies sets are steel except for .30 carbine(carbide dies) what luck. You can use the dies from one company on a another companys press. I like RCBS, lifetime warranty that I have needed to use, if you need something replaced call their 800 number...- acyork50

Suggestion go to ebay and look up RCBS presses and buy two single stage presses, mount them side by side(enough room between the presses to get your hands down in between them) to get started - start slow. The idea of two singles over progressive is so you can start slow and work up to...- acyork50

Mosin Nagant, WHY?
I find the rifle extremely accurate, I am not concern with beauty - I reload for this rifle - .308 bullets. I use factory loads and salvage the brass to reload, NORMA brass is very expensive. -
Is my new (to me) mosin special?
