Thanks for the link. I ordered one of the Nickel and Lace cami holsters. Arrived yesterday and so far, I love it. The site indicates that it's for the "subcompact" varieties, but it fits my commander 1911 quite well.
and while I know that it's not supposed to be comfortable, but comforting...
Freakish lefty here. Shot a multitude of semi-autos: M&P, various 1911s, Beretta 92M1A1, Desert Eagle, etc..... Never had brass come close enough to my face for me to notice when shooting a pistol.

We were trying to limit the scope a touch, just to keep from ending up with too wide a range, but you are correct, sir. For the steel challenge portion, I see no problem with having those. Coach might veto it...but I'm ok with it.
