I also just got into reloading .38 special. From what I gather online it seems HS6 is better for +P heavy weight (ie. 147 grain or above) loads but is not great with standard pressure loads as it has the tendency to not ignite fully. Anyways I've loaded 50 rounds of LRN for it in +P based on...
I have loaded plastic shotshells with pyrodex on occasion and what I found is that it caused the plastic shotshells to become very stiff and crusty (and drastically reduced the lifespan of the shells)
I also used a muzzleloading 12 ga at one point but that thing was basically impossible to load...
Pretty much brand new (Ie. 1-3 months) from leupold. Decided I didnt like how it sits on my gun. Might be useful for those used to irons.
Plus apparently according to TFBTV it can survive being dropped from a helicopter.
F2F meetup ~1 hour from Lafayette or I can ship to you for $5. (If...
My AR cost $500-600 but has a wilson combat BCG and ballistic advantage barrel.
How? Via the simple process of "min-maxing". Aka spend as little as possible on things that dont matter as much, then splurge a bit on things that do.
So on an AR15 the two components you really need to do right so...
Made by the Chongqing Jianshe factory in China that makes SMGs for the Chinese PLA and PAP. Cue the jokes about it being the Ching-Chong shotgun.
They're pretty reliable from what I've seen but just make sure you are using hotter loads. Pretty much like any gas operated shotgun. Also make sure...
Merkur Red Army Standard. (I was way too broke for a Seagull Aviator watch)
I got this on a visit to Hong Kong (along with way too many chest rigs for any sane person to own). Keeps time better than the Vostok Komadistrike i replaced it with.
The watch is based on a proposed standard issue...
Will ship for $15 or meetup 45 miles from Lafayette
Holds 4 shells total. 14 in LOP.
Looking for ammo (9mm, 5.56, 7.62x39) but if you have an offer for something else just ask.
I have both a real set of Comtac IIs and Chinese Knockoff FCS Comtacs IIIs. The ambient sound is better on the former but the latter has like 80% of the utility for being half the price (Real comtac IIs run $200 min for really used ones. The FCS ones are like $50 new before shipping if you know...
Ah a risky crisky enjoyer, I presume?
I run a TRI PRC152 knockoff on my airsoft rig. It's actually a pretty competent radio built like a real 152 (the only difference is when you turn it on and realize you don't get true PRC152 encryption)
If you thought doing business in the US was bad because of red tape, it's terrible in Europe. There's so many fees, loops and hurdles you have to deal with it's just not worth doing business in Europe. Not to mention the cost of living in europe is absurd even by US standards.
Also Interested, but the only chance I've really got to use my night vision (MUM14) was at milsim west haha.
Also I learned PVS7s kinda suk so I sold them off and got myself a single tube.
