      Since im new to deer hunting and next year will be my first year ever, it opens up more choices for me being a noob. Ill probably use a bolt action .308 since I am wanting to get one. Now to actually learn how to hunt lol

      I called them this morning. She said im in that status cause my info has not been moved over to the new application system yet. Said I have been approved and should have my LTCH in a week or so. Thanks for the reply TheSpark

      So I checked it online using their new nifty website and found that my status is returned. Anyone know what this means? I can't find any info on the various status options or for returned in general. I'm puzzled. :dunno:

      Firearm wise i would be screwed if something happened to my EDC. Self deference wise i will still be ok, have purple belt in tae kwon do and been taking Krav maga for about a year and half now.

      Anyone here into throwing knives?

      My way of thinking on knife throwing is more of a last resort type of defense, your out of ammo, already threw your gun at the BG, my legs are broken so I cant use my Krav training so i will grab a throwing knife and try to stick the BG in the chest or throat. :starwars:
