While I don't own a large collection. I own several and the definite answer I would not be upset, on the contrary I could acquire 'new toys' and I believe the vast majortiy of MG owners believes this way if you remove the pure investment folks.
My entire statement said I don't believe it will but I wouldn't be surprised either.
I can think of a few possible scenarios. Neither probably very likely but then again politicians always surprise me. For one the recent popularity of suppressors could have something to do with it, a...
I disagree at least in part with your statement. First, I'd like to mention that the round is very similiar to the round used in the HK MP7. Second, it was developed as a round that could be fired from both pistol and PDW and penetrate body armor. I think the problem is more than only 'weak'...
I don't think I could get enough of them...
Seriously though, while I realize the legislative burden it would take. I would not be surprised if an increase is coming in the next few years. I don't believe it will, ie. I would not put money on it but I would not be surprised either. Just think...
I read on a different board that form 4s to dealers are supposedly going faster than form 4s to individuals due to a new prioritizing system. Has anyone heart anything like that and if what are the timelines. I heart some rumors that seem to indicate that as well but nothing concrete.
If it "were to happen" it would come with a HUGE tax I'd bet.
I think a SOCUS ruling overturning it more likely.
But then I personally don't consider either very likely. But for pure investors I do think MGs are somewhat of an "high-risk" investment as much could change the law of the land...
While I don't don't know the company involved personally. I do commend their customer service (ie. the store credit for the OP) and it sounds that they are going out of their way to try to correct the mistake.
No for the SBR, generally speaking YES for the suppressor as it is a seperate firearm. However there are a number of MG MP5SD floading around that are 1 stamp guns. My understanding is that they are grandfathered as 1 stamp guns even with a detachable suppressor in some cases. I am not sure how...
2 things are standing out to me:
1) A LOT more MGs than SBR, 650 SBRs seems low, very low
2) 7624 SBS, that's a LOT given only LEO and dealers can own them
If you;ve shot f/a m16 and compare the bumb fire stock to the same, you're mixing apples and oranges. I own and M16 and the bumbfire stock is not close to the same experience. I can put 3 rds about 2-3 inces apart at 25'' yds on f/a, with the bump fire it's all over the place
100% agreement...
For sale is a Smith and Wesson AR15 flattop upper chambered in 5.45x39. Upper is in like new condition, approximate round count is around 150 with a thorough cleaning every time. Included are (at leastif not more than) 1080 rds of Russian surplus 5.45x39 ammo. I don't have an exact round count...
I have a Glock 30 SF (Short Frame) in like-new-in-box condition for sale. It sells in the original box with the 2 10rds mags and all original accessories. The Glock is like new, was purchased last year and has been fired less than 50 rds (probably closer to 30-35). I will throw in 100 rds of...
