Are there and legal ramifications for trading a gun? I am working on a deal on this site that would trade my gun for another, but just didn't know if there were any legal paperwork to do? Any help would be appreciated.
I have a Smith .38 spl rated +p hammerless Airweight with maybe 150 rds through it with Crimson Trace laser grip and apx 350-400 rds to trade for a Glock 9mm preferable 19 or a .40 cal. Also have a Saiga .20 gauge that I might be willing to trade for something as well.
Willing to trade a Saiga 20ga 3" shotgun with 5 rd mag and 10 rd mag. About 200 rds through it. Not exactly sure what I am looking for but willing to listen to any offer.
I got my 2nd 4 year just months before the Lifetime was approved. Cannot wait until this bill is passed and comes to light so I can renew before anything can happen.
I personally will carry when going out especially if I am the DD. However when I know that a group of friends will be going out and I'm not driving and I know I will be indulging in multiple drinks I choose not to carry. Not for legal reasons but just personal preferance.
