      There is another thread similar to this, where we are discussing the tax on unrealized gains. It's called property tax and according to many on this site, there should be no reason to need a SCOTUS ruling as property tax has been around for ever. Still doesn't mean it is right.

      Saddest part of life is when a truly great person leaves. I got to see Mays in his final years with the Mets in Shea Stadium. To his last game he never lost it. A roll model if ever there was one. RIP Say Hey Kid!!!

      Beretta Bobcat 21A will not run!

      For what it's worth, I have a 21A that does not like to run dirty, as in no more than 50 rounds between cleaning. Once clean it runs another 50 rounds and goes into fail to eject mode. Not having an ejector doesn't help.
