Sad and Sickened at powder prices

10mm recoil really depends on ammunition and the weapon. It's considerably more stout than .45 with properly loaded ammo in a polymer frame, but out of my 6" 610 it's pretty tame. I cc a gen 3 Glock 20 basically all year. If you can't tell by the name I'm a 10mm nut. Not everyone wants to carry a boat anchor though. I recommend finding an m&p, Glock, or CZ in 9mm at your local gun shop. Choose whichever one fits your hand best, try them all. Hell, if the canik fits you...- 10mm
