Love the Skyraider! Great job on the camouflage. I use rattle cans for the base and hand paint everything else. I need to learn to use an airbrush to really get to the next level. Very nice collection.
What about all the barbecue and rib shacks that belch out smoke, albeit great smelling smoke, all day? Will those be included or just the pizza joints? I love NY style pizza but an occasional Chicago style pizza is good too. Just no pineapple or ham! :lmfao: :lmfao: :lmfao: :lmfao:
I enjoy building military armor and aircraft, mostly WWII, but some Vietnam and modern stuff too. None of these kits are finished except the Ontos which I presented to my brother at the Vietnam Veterans Reunion in Kokomo. I’ll have a vendors table at the show coming up in April in Lebanon.
I like those too. A fun alternative from the 11/35 scale stuff I normally build. Come to our show on April 6 at the fairgrounds in Lebanon. Some fantastic models in the contest and a big vendor area with good deals on kits, paints, supplies and publications.
We are having our annual Model Contest and sales again on April 6 at the fairgrounds in Lebanon. Pretty big show with lots of vendors tables, I’ll have one, and some fantastic models in the contest and display. The theme is mostly military vehicles and aircraft but there is also some cars, bikes...
500 Guns has bars and laminated glass on every window and door. I don’t know how much I should say but it took them a while to get in but they were only inside 2-3 minutes. Luckily most of the guns were at the 1500 or in the safe.
A lot of blokes have their fragile male egos threatened by a strong willed, intelligent and confident female, especially now with so many emasculated males that our society has produced. I personally thinks she’s gorgeous and wish that I was 40 years younger. Still probably wouldn’t have a...
I knew that the NJSP used them but didn’t know they were involved in changing the magazine release, interesting. Honestly I prefer the European style release for function and the gun is also a tad slimmer. I always keep my eyes open for P7s and magazines but most people know what they are now...
Fantastic craftsmanship on a beautiful revolver! I admire the SA revolvers but unfortunately I only one now, a 3 digit .30 Carbine Blackhawk. I traded a really nice Ruger Blackhawk 45/45acp revolver last summer. It was a nice gun.
The only thing I’d want different on yours is a round barrel...
I think it was the NJ State Police that carried the P7. Kiesler’s definitely carried some cool stuff. First time I saw a Beta Mag was there and it was LE only. Anyway Two of mine are German Police guns and the M8 was found on a table at a gunshow many moons ago. I don’t have over 600 in any of...
I use the one lead. It’s ok but really doesn’t give you all that much information and it seems difficult to get a good tracing. I rarely use it much anymore.
And he got it from me! Back then the police trade ins were in the 450-550 range. We would get them and trade them off thinking they’d always be around. WRONG! Just like the HK4s with conversion units in 4 calibers!
For once I made the right decision and picked up a few while I still could, and...
I talked to them a bit ago. Mostly ARs stolen. They have a lot of stuff at the show and the remaining handguns are in safes.
The only windows are in the front and they are all covered by steel bars. All the other windows have been blocked in. You have to wait to be buzzed in the door when you...
The best way to get them, IMHO, is to buy ammo already loaded on enblocs. They can be found a few places. How many are you looking for as I might have a few extra. There should be some at the 1500 this weekend too, but probably a little salty.
