      4.11 miles in 1 hour 5 min on a trail at Ft Ben tonight. Kit = Camelback w/ 2L, pistol, extra mag, flashlight, phone, keys, ear buds. Not fast enough imo. I have a 10k Run-n-Gun match in a week & will be carrying a much heavier kit. I need more speed.
