      I think the problem with renting equipment (for me) might be it takes time to get somewhere and zero in the dbal. If the dbal was a dual collimated visible/IR laser, things would be much easier. Would you rent out a helmet and mounts for a PVS14 too? I'm assembling a Sionix Aurora Pro camera...

      I tried to silver solder mine but just couldn't get enough heat into it. It was MUCH easier to blind pin & weld. I used a MiG welder.
