As far as mountain house goes I like it. The lasagna is my favorite and I completely agree with getting a long spoon. That's part of why I wanted to pay $40 for one from Brownells instead of $20 for a chineese knock off on amazon. Vang Comp makes great things from what I've heard, but I prefer the brownells design. -
