I agree! It reminded me of our last family doc. I took my now 4 year old to get a "well baby" check up and as he was asking me questions he asked "Do you have anything scary around your house, such as...lets say guns? :xmad: I was floored in northern Lawrence County and I had my camo bass...
Well stated. I read alot of stories of what I would do but you don't read many stories of what I had to do. Not saying anything other than it is 2 different things to say what you would do and to actually do it in the right momement:yesway:
We all hope we can do the right thing when needed...
Get a live trap, can of dog/cat food or tuna and a 22 short. Kill the coon and find the hole it was entering your home and board it up. Supposed to call a CO after you kill the animal too;)
Or you could call a licensed animal control trapper.
Same here. Most are locked up but a few of my hunting/plinking along with the HD weapons are in plain sight. They know what to do and what not to do. They also know no friends.
Basically the same rules I grew up with. My brother, sister and I never killed anyone or even thought about...
I have a FOBUS for my P22 and have the exact same problem. Was just going to look through the fourm to see if there was any fix for the problem.
Looks like I just need to use another holster.
First house my wife and I bought had an old upright in the garage left there for me to get rid of. I put it off long enough that I realized how nice of a dry storage area it would make. Instead of making it into a gun cabinet I left all the shelves in and it made awsome dry storage for ammo...
Great looking targets. I need to take on one of these projects myself. I have about all the scrap wood I could handle and if one gets tore up, oh well. I've wasted time and money on other less productive or fun things.
Thanks, duff
Nasty critters. My dog is flat covered. Put the flea/tick meds on him and they started falling off like crazy. Nasty criters...Haven't been bit by one yet this year but got hammered by a wasp:xmad: already...
