Pick your bullets carefully... Not all 9mm bullets are suitable for the .357... Anything with the ogive that meets where the short neck of the sig round would be no good... Also with the high velocity of the round, plated are also not a good choice... I have found the Hornady 124 gr flat point works great in both the .357 and 9mm and ya can buy the by the 2900 case.
A little bit of a PITA to load, but much cheaper to shoot. Actually, being it basically shoots a 9mm bullet, costs about the same to load as the 9mm. Only addition costs to load is it uses close to twice as much powder... LOL
