Unless you contact IWI directly I don't think you're going to find one. I did contact Magnum Research before they gave the import contract to, whoever has it now, and they told me that since I have the semi-compact model I could buy a full size barrel and have it threaded. It would be tight, but that it would work.
This may have changed since this was a couple months back, but as far as I know, it would have to be a custom part. Hope that helps.
