I'm shooting at staying around the same amount... 60. It is hard because I am a junk food aholic and I have a sweet tooth. I was on some serious medicine that affected my liver and also made my blood sugar go nuts. If you need someone to keep you accountable, let me know!
No worries... it is important sometimes to step back and gain perspective. I have to monitor my sugar intake and count carbs like it is my job but completely worth it. I'm trying to exercise when I can but I am tired a lot. Hang in there!
